WML have over a decade’s experience in modular buildings and have been intrinsically involved in their design from concept stage, design development, through to install on site.
We have assisted in the development of the government’s Seismic modular system and have been actively involved in its design, development and testing. We have worked alongside modular manufacturers to design standardised modular systems for both long term and hire use, as well as larger bespoke multi-storey buildings for the education and health care sectors.
WML are committed to reducing the carbon footprint associated with construction, and have developed full lifecycle embodied carbon assessment tools for modular buildings.
