Re-development of a 1990’s retail park on the former White City Stadium site including new retail units and extending and re-modelling of existing retail units.
New feature glazed entrance towers have been introduced on the front of existing retail units with infill rain screen cladding and stainless steel cantilever canopies between towers.
The phased nature of the refurbishment works (the site remained fully open to trade throughout the redevelopment) necessitated innovative structural solutions to create the revised retailing space whilst accommodating trading traffic and ensuring timely handover of retailers trading floors.
