Redevelopment of a historical gasworks site to provide a £2.5m affordable housing scheme served by new adopted highway and drainage runs.
Services included provision of a Remediation Strategy document and subsequent Validation Report to Local Authority and Environment Agency approvals. Significant cost savings were provided by provision of on-site sustainable materials management advise and sourcing of an alternative waste disposal route by diverting to a licensed Soil Treatment Facility.
