Foxhill Medical Centre comprised two storeys with the upper floor consisting of examination / consulting rooms and a patient waiting area.
The lower floor comprised staff welfare facilities, a pharmacy and a plant room.
The topography of the site forms a slope from front to rear and thus the medical centre was built into a hillside. A retaining wall runs along the central spine of the building from Lower to Upper Ground level. The building extends beyond the retaining wall at the upper ground level and consequently has a larger footprint than the floor below.
