New medical centre and community facility located in Fitton Hill, Oldham.
Built as part of a project of Urban renewal of the area. The building was constructed in two phases; the library and youth group hall comprised a single storey steel frame in order to accommodate the large open spaced required.
The second phase was the medical centre and this was primarily formed in load bearing masonry with a steel framed entrance area.
