This flagship development for Your Housing brought back into use a brownfield site to provide 77 extra care residential units with associated communal facilities, parking and landscaping over four floors. Project value c£7m, currently on site.
WML provided a full service for the scheme including site investigation, flood risk assessment, detailed drainage design including adopted foul sewer diversions and new adopted surface water sewers, adopted road detailing and structural design.
The Your Housing scheme is part of an overall masterplan for the area and close liaison has been required with designers of adjacent sites to ensure coordination of levels and details to new adopted highways and adjacent sites.
