WML are working with Stenprop and the rest of the design team to bring life back to the Old Mill Industrial Estate. We are providing Civil, Structural and Geotechnical services on the project.
Around 38,000 sq ft of old units are to be demolished, replaced by 55,700 sq ft across seven new buildings at the Old Mill industrial estate - targeting smaller businesses.
